Disclaimer: What Closestroughly Heating & Air Does and Does Not Do

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you rely on anything at closestroughly.lat. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral, Not Repair

Closestroughly Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We introduce homeowners to independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider and not Closestroughly Heating & Air.

No Endorsement and No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to serve your area at a given moment. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

General Information Only

The content on this website is meant to inform in a general way. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every house and every system is a little different, like fingerprints, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they change with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general, and we do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Safety First

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Please do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Closestroughly Heating & Air may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy of the Information

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or error-proof.
